I just wanted to say `Thank You' to all the staff at Jacks for Women.

I am not a regular customer with you,but i have been in on several occasions since Christmas and brought various items of knitwear(including a red cardigan, blackcashmere jumper and in the 70% sale, a long grey wool cardigan).

During January i have visited Bicester shopping village and High Cross, Leicester but it was far more pleasurable to come to Harborough and visit Jacks. You are all so helpful and the clothes are lovely.

So 'Thank You' all and i hope you all enjoy a good year!

This is just to say what lovely staff you have!! i comeinto your store on Saturday looking for something to wear for a wedding this friday so it was all last minute as i have been very unwell, your lady helped me so much, she found the perfect dress and made me feel good about myself.She was so warm and genuine. I work in retail myself and these days its hard to find such good customer service, please thank her for me!

Always find something unique,chic and beautiful to wear - no matter what the occasion. I live in London and often struggle when looking for that "something special,different but fantastic" - i visit Jacks in Harborough and it never fails to deliver. Fantastic friendly and really helpful staff who help to complete an outfit!

Who needs London when you have Jacks on your door step. You will find everything you will ever need right here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will encourage you to try new looks and colours. You can update and match your wardrobe from season to season. They have a great range of clothes and accessories for all tastes and sizes, even trousers that fit in length if you are 6ft like me! The whole shopping experience and service you will receive here is fantastic.

The attention and care you get when shopping at Jacks is second to none. If you are shopping for an important outfit or simply wanting to get a good new look you are guaranteed one hundred percent attention from the owner Gill or one of her team. They are hugely proffessional, fun and full of good ideas. After all the anonymity of department stores Jacks is like a haven and I rarely shop elsewhere!

Jacks is my favourite clothes shop. The range of clothes and accessories is fabulous, I can always love the clothes that I buy there. The staff are wonderfully helpful, not pushy and hard sell, but happy to help, offer honest advice and are always friendly.I can't think of anywhere else I would rather go shopping!

Jacks put the fun back into fashion. High range fashion designed for the busy professional who cannot face going to the big city to source clothing(casual, work and evening wear + Accessories). The staff are informed and attentive but without being pushy. Emphasis = ensuring that the customer has a happy experience - Gill and her staff are generous with their time, even when the shop is busy. Very much a personalised shopping experience. Shop layout and aesthetics get top marks from me.
