I am very sceptical of garages as I have been ripped off so many times. Booking in the van was easy, the receptionist really friendly and professional. For the first time ever I can feel a difference in the performance of the van after a service. Also to be told the quote was then quoted as an air filter was cheaper is unheard of. The guys even found that someone had taken the aforementioned air filter off the van without our knowledge. So a superb service, great staff and an extraordinary price. Well done you now have another loyal customer !!

We took our works van to Cripps on the recommendation of Carol from the best of Market Harborough. We found the service to be of top quality with that added humour which always brightens the dullest of days. The service was excellent and the costs were lower than quoted as they got our parts cheaper - now that is something that you don't see very often!
Highly recommended for any vehicles.

I have used Cripps for several years now for MOT and servicing for my BMW. They offer both expert work at about half the price of a franchised garage, together with the opportunity to speak to whichever engineer has carried out the work.
