Blackberry Hill are absolutely brilliant. From the moment you step into their fantastic showroom until the minute they leave your property, they are faultless. Paul and Gareth for their help in choosing the right flooring for my needs through to the fit from Craig, they are professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. They don’t just fit a floor, they do it properly by preparing the floor carefully first. I’ve used them in my rental house too for carpets and would highly recommend them for all types of flooring. Whatever you’re looking for, they’ll do a great job; I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks all for another terrific job!

I highly recommend Blackberry Carpets and Flooring. The two men who fit the carpets (Terms and Conditions do not allow names to be mentioned) and flooring really know their business - and when you visit the showroom you can talk to them - not just a slick salesman. They visited our house, not simply to measure but also to have a good look round to see if there could be potential problems, methods of reducing cost and so on. They offer a very personal service. Both men have been in the flooring business for many years - they are very experienced. I feel in safe hands with them and have used them on more than one occasion. They do a thorough job, very professional.

We have recently had a bathroom floor and our hallway floor replaced by Gareth and Craig. They have done a superb job with great materials and were a pleasure to deal with.

This company is the most efficent, professional, helpful company I have ever used in the 40 years of owning a home! The choice of stock is excellent, we were helped in making our choice without feeling pressured. The carpet was fitted well within the time they estimated it would take. The fitter was not happy with the way it was fitted because our stair walls were not even - it being an old property - and although, we wouldn't have notice the problem, he inisted on coming back at his own expence to replace and refit a stretch of the carpet! Because he saw this as an inconvenience to us - we didn't - he didn' t charge us to have two mats made with the excess carpet!Their whole approach was well over and above the call of duty! I would recommend them to everyone, infact have already done so, and will certainly be using them again!

We have used Blackberry Hill carpets to fit our hall, stairs and landing and spare bedroom carpets. We found them to be excellent, they did a fabulous job, extremely happy with service, price and quality. We are just about to book them again to do another 2 bedrooms. You can't get any better.

Absolutely thrilled with the new carpets! Gareth and Craig have been working hard re-carpeting the upstairs of our house and they've been a pleasure to have around - careful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The advice they gave us ensured we chose the perfect carpet for us - and they didn't mind how many times we changed our minds on the colour! They've also carried out lots of minor repairs to the stairs and landing so that everything is level and looks perfect. Thank you!
