North Foreland Golf Course & Club
North Foreland Golf Club, founded in 1903 can be found only a few miles along the coast from Margate. Follow the wonderful coast road east from Margate and you will encounter North Foreland Golf club.
North Foreland is a chalk based golf course, possibly Kent's number one all-year-round course. Whatever the time of year you will enjoy sea views from every tee and green on the course. Such is the quality of the 6436 yard par 71 golf course, that it is used as qualifying course for the British Open.
North Foreland Golf Club also boasts one of the finest 18 hole par 3 courses in the country. The course, established in 1926 provides an ideal introduction for visitors, and plenty of challenges for the more accomplished golfer.
