Striving for success at work, at college, or in your personal life? Then find what you’re looking for at our Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) workshops. It’s our mission to help people in the Margate and Thanet area rediscover their own confidence and determination, working with the support of small groups tailored to individual needs and local to Margate.
The groups are run by mother and daughter Tanya and Linda Curran, who between them have more than 25 years of successful experience working with young people and NLP – mostly because they believe learning should be FUN! You can expect entertaining interactive enjoyment that delivers real results – because it’s based on in-depth knowledge and understanding of psychology, psychophysiology, NLP, TFT and positive thinking. In fact Tanya studied Psychology in Australia, at the University of Tasmania, and then trained in the UK as an NLP practitioner and ThoughtField Therapist.
Making Exams Easy with NLP
Is the thought of exams causing teenage traumas, help is at hand!
Our NLP exam workshop will give them the confidence and positive attitude they need to deliver their very best – even under pressure. We’ll step them through some superbly effective study techniques that will improve their memory and help them retain information – not to mention giving them back the focus and enthusiasm they need to succeed.

Many teenagers find interviews challenging, and don’t do themselves justice. If yours is one of them we’ll take the guesswork out of success and help them discover what interviewers really want. We’ll also help with CVs if necessary.

I take part in a weight loss group run by Ms Curran which is fantastic. It doesnʼt tell me what I can and canʼt eat, but concentrates on why we eat, what emotional states can trigger eating, alternative snacks and then goes on to re-awaken a love for ourselves and caring about what we put in our bodies. The best thing of all.....NO SCALES!!!!! I am now learning to care for myself and feel I am well on my way to weight-loss success. Thanks Tanya!
