Whe we bought our house 2 years ago we knew there was a lot of work to be done to get it how we wanted. Like most people would do in our situation we went by recommendation and M&S were one of the names that came up.

Right from the start M&S were professional, courteous and punctual. We decided to go with M&S mainly because they came up several thousand pounds cheaper than the competitors. Throughout the work our plans changed constantly but this was never a problem for M&S. In all we had 3 internal walls knocked down with 3 new ones put up completely changing the layout of our house. We had a boiler installed into a new location and an entirely new kitchen installed which again M&S helped design. A bit of dead space downstairs has now been converted into shower room.

Since the refurbishment we have gone on to use M&S for several more projects around the home including a new conservatory, patio, garden fence, rendering of the front of the house and a new porchway all of which were carried out to the highest standard in every way throughout the projects. We would recommend M&S without hesitation.
