Footprints Day Care is a caring, welcoming family run Nursery. Having recently been expanded it is now registered for 75 children aged between 3 months and 5 years. The staff are either qualified or working towards an approved childcare qualification and have experience and a genuine interest and love for all the children in their care.
Footprints Day Care feel that children learn through play and interaction, and for that reason have created an exciting and motivating environment in which the children can investigate and learn.
Display’s of the children’s art work and current projects are shown on walls throughout the nursery, giving you the chance to see what activities your children have done.
The Nursery Manager offers an open house system, so that you can discuss your childs progress.
Records are kept on your child’s goals and achievement and these help the staff to plan for your child’s next stage of development.
For less confident children and parents there is a ‘settling in’ procedure designed to suit each individual child so that they and you feel confident and at ease at the idea of being left.
Footprints are extremely security conscious and have installed a secure video entrance system, no-one can enter Footprints without the prior knowledge of the Nursery Manager or a member of staff. For emergencies or when relatives/friends are collecting children there is a password system, which is changed regularly.
Holiday Club
Footprints Day Nursery run an after school and holiday club for children aged 5 to 11 years.
A variety of sessions are available to suit parent’s and children’s needs so if it’s just a day shopping you want or the children want to make friends then what better place to leave your children than Footprints Day Nursery.
