I have bought several rings and items of jewellery from Green and Benz over the years. The shops always have a wide range of contemporary jewellery in stock with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Few other jewellers have such a compelling and beautiful range of designs. We are not the best custodians of fine diamond rings, so the excellent after-sales service is particularly welcomed for cleaning up marked rings and carrying out repairs. For high value jewellery, I wouldn’t consider shopping anywhere else. You will almost inevitably ending up spending more in Green and Benz than you planned (this is not Samuel’s) but you will not be disappointed.
I had 3 visits to Green & Benz before making my final decision and had contact with 3 different members of staff – all of which were very friendly, informative and incredibly helpful.The service at the store was second to none in all the jewellers that I visited in Manchester. I feel hugely confident in making this recommendation – and for all my friends who will be getting married in upcoming years, I would feel more than happy to recommend Green & Benz for engagement and wedding rings.On two separate occasions, I had rings ordered from brochures to see and try and the patience for me, who I wouldn’t say was an easy customer, was truly appreciated and fantastic.Thanks to all the team at Green & Benz – especially to Gavin AND the fantastic coffee machine too!
All the staff are very helpful and they remember you which is always good.My wife and I have always been treated with respect and sincerity and I would have no hesitation in recommending Green & Benz to a friend.Inside the shop it feels as though you have stepped into a boutique jewellery store akin to the type you find in St Tropez etc. very nice and small, so not imposing too much on you.The designs that they stock are also very cool and not the type you would find in a main stream high street jewellers. very select designs from great artists.
For beautiful designed jewellery with a modern twist then Green + Benz is the one. My husband bought me a ring for 30th Wedding Anniversary, I could not be happier with the ring. Simply designed but beautiful the ring is unique. The staff were friendly but not intrusive giving us space and time to make our choice but there with advice.On collection of the ring I was surprised and delighted that the staff had remembered that it was a very special anniversary and were eager to hear how our celebrations had gone. I would recommend G+B to anyone.
I had always liked the designs and pieces in Green & Benz and was thrilled when my partner let me choose a ring to celebrate the birth of our second daughter. The staff (Abi) were lovely having the right amount of enthusiasm and knowledge of the designs and products. I am very pleased with the service and quality of jewellery and would recommend to others (and my partner) again!
Very friendly and helpful staff, who took their time to make sure I was well informed about their products. Very good selection of high quality jewellery to choose from. The presentation of the ring was also very good. Helped me pick the perfect ring!
The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I went in to find a new Pandora charm and they had a brilliant selection. I can't really flaw it from my visit. Would highly recommend.

What can we say? Green & Benz were absolutely fantastic when we got engaged. The ring is amazing and the service was world class. They took time to ensure that the ring perfectly fit my awkward finger and quite honestly they made my engagement. My favourite shop in the whole world! Wonderful shop assistants who are always so welcoming & give everything the personal touch. Beautiful collections of jewellery and diamonds which makes going in the shop addictive! Beth and the team at Manchester helped make our wedding in Las Vegas even more special! The new loyalty card scheme is a fab idea and we'll definitely be making use of it! Abby H :o)

It's a lovely store with fab items on sale but the thing which really sets it apart from other jewellers is that the service is second to none! They are always ready to help you make a purchase, taking time and care to make you feel sure that you have picked the right item -great personal service!
From the smallest gifts to the most meaningful purchase of our lives our engagement and wedding rings they are were there to help and advise from start to finish. All the staff are welcoming and warm and made it feel even more special for us.
Brilliant jewellers, amazing jewellery and fantastic assistants. Everything is beautifully presented, the assistants are incredibly helpful and some unusual jewellery such as the Ungar range, which I adore! G & B have just as nice stuff for men as well as for women. An absolute gem!
I must say that the customer service i received on my first visit to Green + Benz, Manchester was excellent. I visited the store way back in March 2010 will £85.00 to spend from my leaving collection from my work. I arrived at the shop 5 minutes before closing time and the shop assistant still let me in and gave me his full attention in building my first ever pandora bracelet. I came out of the shop a very happy lady with a brand new bracelet on my wrist. I have visited the shop twice more since and both times the shops assistants have been very helpful. I have also recommended them to my friends. Along with the excellent customer service the shop also has a lot of variety and the set up makes you feel like its not a chain jewellers and that you feel special whilst in the shop.
Nothing was too much trouble and I felt valued as much as the next person evet though my purchase was relatively small.
Green + Benz made shopping for our engagement ring and wedding bands a very special, relaxed and exciting experience.There was no hard sell, no up sell, just plenty of care and attention to ensure we got what we wanted at a price to suit our budget.The after service has been as good as the pre sales.It's the sort of shop you feel fine popping in to say hi.The staff are so genuine.A real pleasure.Nicola and Andy
