Spinningfields New Year and Fireworks Display
31st December, Spinningfields Ice Rink
Spinningfields is the official host of the 2011 New Year’s Eve Manchester Firework display, and you can skate into New Year, where the ice rink will be open until midnight. Skaters can then enjoy the city's spectacular New Year's fireworks in Hardman Square and head to the coolest bars for more festive merriment.
The Lodge will be open until 2am and there will be food and drink for sale on the terrace as well as in the warmth of the Moose Bar. You can enjoy the acoustic tones of resident musician Edwin Miles and dance until you drop as the DJ keeps the party going.
