As the final concert in our Tenth Anniversary celebrations, we are delighted to be working together for the third time with one of the world's greatest Violinists; Nicola Benedetti. Nicola will be performing music from her latest recording of Vivaldi's concertos and arias. To close the programme of events, we will perform two works very special to the Armonico Consort. In 2003 we performed them at our Wigmore Hall debut, with Dame Emma Kirby, and also made the world premiere recording. These spectacular 16 part works-full of vocal acrobatics, has seen us tour to Naples and Tel Aviv. Many compare them to being like a baroque version of 'Spem in Alium'.
