RSM are the one stop shop in malvern link ,
i would recommend this garage to anyone as its such a friendly service, and the quote you get is the price you pay,
Alan and justin will also offer you a courtesy car if they keep your vehicle overnite.
i have known Alan for many years when we had a pint in the fir tree inn in malvern link (closed several years ago now. )
ive had van and car mots and repairs done without a fault and quickly repaired.
well done Alan and Justin keep up the good work

RSM are the best garage I've ever dealt with.They are friendly and funny, make you feel at ease as well as providing excellent value for money with excellent workmanship.Being a female who grew up with a father who was a mechanic,I know a thing or two about cars(many days spent tinkering on cars in the garage with the old man),so tend to know when a garage is talking nonsense.from the word go,Alan was upfront,got me the best price for the part I needed for my car, and they fitted the part in less time than I'd imagined was possible.the cost was less than half of what I was expecting, and the part works brilliantly,its nice to have a fan in the car to de-mist my windscreen again!I am moving out of the area in March,but I will bring my car back to RSM for all works that need doing.I have never found a garage like this before and would travel +_ 30miles to have the works done by them rather than anyone else.

Hard working, value for money family run business that gives great customer service - right on the door-step in Malvern.

Alan, Jason and their team have been looking after our cars for around 5 years now, and in that time have given us many many 1000's of miles of economic, trouble-free and worry-free motoring. Long may it continue.

I left my Mercedes here for a Service and at the same time to see if they could correct a recurring complex electrical control fault. (‘Consumer Electrics switch off’) After many hours of exhaustive tests with a computerized control system, the fault could not be found.
I was only charge for the Service.
I shall go back again as honesty is the best policy.

Cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Car MOT'd, faults rectified and re-MOT'd within a couple of hours. My car was ready for collection when I was told it would be. Very reasonably priced too. Didn't feel I was being ripped off at all.

Would definately use them again and will happily reocmmend to all my friends.

RSM provide an excellent service at very reasonable prices so I never hesitate to use them for all my MOTs, servicing and repairs. They are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. My car is essential to me as I work in the community as a carer. The other day my clutch cable broke and RSM recovered my car, provided me with a courtesy car and repaired my car that afternoon. Thank you RSM, you're the best!

MY CAR FAILED ITS MOT AT THE LOCAL BMW GARAGE AND THE WORK WAS DUE TO COST £153.00 A FRIEND RECCOMENDED RSM AND I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM FOR A QUOTE THEY RETESTED THE CAR AND FOUND THERE WERE ONLY 2 FAULTS AND NOT 4 WHICH WAS WHAT BMW SAID AND MY CAR COST ONLY £71.00 TO PASS THE MOT I WILL RECCOMEND RSM TO MY FRIENDS FOR THEIR HONEST AND FRIENDLY APROACH

I have taken my car to RSM for a number of years now for servicing, MOTs and repairs and they have always provided an excellent service and good value for money.They are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I work in the Community so my car is essential to me. RSM were fantastic as always, especially when my clutch cable broke last Friday afternoon. They recovered my car, provided me with one of their courtesy cars so I could continue my rounds and I was able to collect my own car that evening - a big thankyou!

As a new female driver I find trying to sort out any mechanical problems with my car a little scary.However I have found this garage called RSM, they don't make me feel silly when I have very limited information about the car,they explain to me what's wrong with the car and even show me if I still don't understand.I always leave knowing how much it will cost for parts and labour So I still feel in control of the situation and not frustrated with myself or the garage!

MOT was needed ASAP and they had a slot straight away, very impressed with the speed of service, the coffee was lovely and everyone friendly, courtesy cars available if service needed and open from 8.30am till 1pm on a saturday - give RSM a call and book it in!

I have been a customer of RSM for a few years. My wife and I both have our cars serviced regularly by them. Alan is straight-talking, trustworthy and fair with a lovely sense of humour. There are never any "hidden extras" so you know what the cost is likely to be from the word go. The staff are polite and helpful and always leave the car clean. The work on our cars has always been exemplary at a fraction of the cost charged by the local specialised dealer. They also give my dog biscuits! I can highly recommend RSM for good work, good humour and excellent value for money!

I just had my MOT done by RSM. Done within the hour while I waited and all for £45. I think this is really good value for money as they always do with my services for my car. Always go out of their way to help you save money whilst doing the best job possible. Definitely recommend them.

Cracking service. Very knowledgeable. I had an MOT done, & they were very helpful in getting a pass for my classic jag. Then the lpg system I have starting playing up, & they sorted it no problems for a very reasonable price.
