I love it. I have been able to develop a great bar routine and really want to get to competition level. This is much better than my old club in Hereford.

It's a charity, the staff give up their time for the children. They are so committed. The children love to go and are made so welcome.

We live in Hereford but travel to this gym club because it is fantastic. They really care for the kids and my daughter has made great progress. We go 3 times a week. I'm also getting the chance to learn new skills and hope to do some coaching.

My niece goes to the club and really enjoys it. Opportunities to participate in gymnastics in Hereford are limited and it is excellent that she can got to MHGL . They have been really welcoming and supportive and seem excellent with all the kids.

It’s a fantastic club with an extremely dedicated and hard working staff. The coaches work hard to help girls and boys of all ages to raise their confidence and to enjoy exercise. The staff also work very hard to help raise funds and keep costs at a minimum for the children

A great way to get the children fit in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The children all seemed to be having a good time, I would recommend it to anyone.

We took my daughter here when she was 4. Although the staff were friendly and welcoming, and many of the children were clearly enjoying themselves, there were several worrying factors for us. Firstly, we were very disappointed that the age range was so big (3-9 in the same group). Also, the session was 1 1/2 hours, which is far too long for little people, especially when it is held at 5:00 in the evening. Furthermore, I do not feel there was enough emphasis on safe, injury-free development. When doing the stretches, my daughter complained that they hurt, and she was told "they are supposed to hurt!" It's just that kind of attitude that gets young gymnasts injured.

If you have an older child, some of these concerns may not be so valid, but I do not feel this club is good for the lower age range.

Just the place to take the children or even try yourself, this Gymnastics Club has grown in "leaps and bounds" since itʼs inception. Keep up the good work.
