My carpet was stained by hot mulled apple juice. Since the carpet is a light sand colour the stain was to say the least obvious not helped by the fact that through lack of knowledge I had failed to treat the stain appropriately in the first place.
The stain then darkened to a very dark grey over the next four months as a result, I am now realiably informed, of a build up of dust. By that time I had assumed the carpet was beyond rescue and would have to be replaced completely. Now having the carpet cleaned by Classic Interiors Carpet Cleaning Division the stain is miraculously no lomner visible. I would not have believed it possible.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this process.
