Dear Rob. A short while ago you supplied and fitted a loft ladder for me. Your men arrived exactly on time, fitted the ladder quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly before they left. They took great care to ensure that I understood how to use the ladder safely and were only happy when I had operated it to their satisfaction. Of course it is only during the last few days, when I have needed to get the Christmas tree and decorations down from the loft, that I have fully appreciated having a sturdy loft ladder!

Rob arrived at my friends’ house at the mutually agreed day/time and fitted the ladder. The Loft Access Company recently fitted two new loft ladders. One in our house and one in our gargae. Rob and his team of fitters work hard and tidy up well.
