If there are any matters I need explaining, Chris does this clearly and concisely and always in language that a computer layman like myself can understand. Chris is always open to new ideas that I may have about the appearance and structure of the website and when the ideas I come up with may not be practicable he goes to great lengths to ensure that I understand why.
