£5,000 and still counting for Vision’s Help for Heroes event
Vehicle recovery operators from all over the UK got ‘down and very dirty’ while taking
part in Maidenhead based Vision’s Help for Heroes Challenge. Sponsorship is still being
collected but so far over £5,000 has been raised for the charity.
The award winning accident management company launched the fundraising event at
the European Tow Show in June. Many of the exhibitors supported the H4H charity over the
three days of the Show but Vision decided they would like to host an event that the
industry could support and sponsor, so the decision was made to organise an army style
assault course.
The event, which took place in Weston super Mare, was a huge success and during the
evening festivities that followed many of the teams were pushing Tony Copeland,
commercial director and co-founder of Vision, to make the H4H Challenge an annual event.
Vision will be hosting their annual Vision Pudsey Quiz Night, in aid of Children in Need, at
Maidenhead Golf Club on Thursday 18 November. To submit a team or find out more
information please contact Sarah Lovejoy, at Vision, on 01628 780011.
