Hinckley & Rugby's team has two new colleagues after Marie Barnes and Chris Reid joined the Building Society at its head office in Hinckley.
Chris is the Society’s new financial controller. With bags of experience in financial services, including in private equity and at TD Waterhouse, Chris said he is pleased to be at Hinckley & Rugby: “I like the fact that the Society is a mutual, existing for the benefit of its members.”
Chris, who lives in Leamington Spa, said: “The size of the Society means I can get involved in many different areas of its activities and can really contribute. My financial services and regulatory background makes it a good fit.”
Marie Barnes has joined Hinckley & Rugby as marketing co-ordinator. Marie, who previously worked for a Birmingham public relations business, said: “Hinckley & Rugby is such a friendly place to work.
Marie, who lives in Nuneaton, said: “Everyone is genuinely welcoming and I’m enjoying helping the Society to offer its mortgages and savings accounts to more people and families across the country.”
Hinckley & Rugby chief executive Chris White said: “We welcome Chris and Marie to the team and wish them the very best in their careers with us. It is great to be bringing in new people with such experience, skills and positive commitment to outstanding service.”
