Hinckley & Rugby’s outstanding service has been perfectly praised by its mortgage customers with 100 per cent of those surveyed saying they would recommend the Society.
The perfect score came from the latest of the Society’s quarterly surveys of new and remortgage customers, with all respondents in the first quarter of 2014 saying they would recommend Hinckley & Rugby to family and friends.
Hinckley & Rugby chief executive Chris White said: “We strive to provide an outstanding service in a traditional, personal way – so it is always great to hear our customers thoroughly enjoy what we do.
“Having 100 per cent of customers say they would recommend the Society to friends and family is something the big banks can only fantasise about. For our customers such wonderful service is a daily reality, thanks to all our staff.”
