We went to F.W.Knights to place an order for some vertical blinds and some venetian blinds, as we have purchased curtains and nets from them before.

They were extremely helpful and friendly and came round to measure up our windows at exactly the time they said they would arrive.

After chosing our blinds and venetians Mr Knights told us it would take approximately 3 weeks for them to arrive and for him to fit them. In roughly one week we got a phone call saying they were in the shop and could he come round to fit them. He came the next day at exactly the time he gave us and fitted them all in 1 1/2 hrs.

We were extremley pleased with the results and Mr.Knights was very helpful and pleasant.

I go to FW Knights because they are not only helpful and efficient but are interested in my needs. I appreciate the way in which they only make suggestions and offer advice if they are asked.

Their home installations are perfect. I feel that I am 'important' to them and would not consider going anywhere other than FW Knights.

Since we went into the shop to ask advice, the firm has been very friendly and professional. They turned up when they said they would and the time taken for the order was actually a few days early. Recently had 3 pairs of curtains (2 full length) and a double-sided room dividing curtain made.

Eric was very efficient and advised having eyelet fittings on the room divider so that it folded neatly and takes up minimum space which was perfect for us.

He came and fitted completed curtains and we found their service excellent. Really recommend the pinch pleats - so smart and give a special finish. Excellent work.
