I have recently booked my honeymoon with Donna. We knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do but had no idea which hotel to stay in, with Donna's help and experience she has managed to build the perfect honeymoon just for use. I really can’t wait. Donna managed to take all the stress out of booking our honeymoon and was always available when I needed her and never failed to get back to as time is was nice to be able to speak to someone outside of the usual travel agent 9-5 hours. I would really recommend Donna to all my friends and family as her customer service really does take the stress out of booking a holiday. When the recent floods hit Thailand, my husband and I were concerned about whether we would be able to go on the holiday we had been looking forward to for months. Donna was able to reorganise our trip so that we departed at a later date and gave us plenty of options to choose from regarding dates, hotels and resorts. Without her help, we really wouldn't have know where to start with changing flights and transfers etc., but she made the whole ordeal easy to cope with and was always at the end of the phone, willing to do whatever she could to ensure that we had the best time. The service we received from her was above and beyond what you would get from any other travel agent, so much so that we have already contacted her regarding quotes for our next holiday!
