we arrived late on in the afternoon and were loosing all hope of finding somewhere to stay this was the last place we tried.we were welcomed in through the door and shown the rooms which were available,The standard to which the rooms were finished was very high,very good value for money the friendly atmosphere was fantastic nothing was to much trouble,When jayne and andy found out it was my birthday they even bought me a card and a presant.This was a fantastic place to stay and we will be coming back soon. If i had to rate this bed&breakfast it would deffinetly be a ten out of ten

The Rosedene is situated at the perfect spot with links to centre of LLandudno and all great tourist attractions. First impressions of the guesthouse do not fail to impress with immaculate presentation which follows through inside. The Rosedene is outstandingly clean throughout with modern décor creating a warm and welcoming feel.
The owners of the Rosedene are always welcoming and will do whatever they can to suit any needs to make your stay more enjoyable. My room was also welcoming with stylish furniture and a very comfortable bed. After a wonderful nights rest it is good to wake up to a brilliant breakfast and that is exactly what you get at the Rosedene. High quality food cooked to perfection and always hot.
A great hearty breakfast to start the day! I felt refreshed after my stay at the Rosedene and i will definately return again and again. This guesthouse is highly recommended!

Our room was beautifull and immaculatley clean. The en-suite was spotless and fitted to a very high standard, as was the rest of the guest house. The choice at breakfast was outstanding and catered for every need and was well presented, and cooked to perfection, and the service was fantastic. Rosedene is well located to all Llandudno has to offer. we really enjoyed our stay at Rosedene and definitely recommend this b&b
