I recently went on an inspection trip to Spain to view investment properties with Gill O'Brien of Resort Homes. The attention and service we received throughout the trip was exceptional, from being picked up at home and driven to the airport to being driven home at the end of the trip. The properties we viewed were of a very high standard and at no time was I made to feel under any pressure to make a quick decision. The accommodation provided for our stay was superb and there was also time to relax by the pool and get a tan! To anyone exploring the opportunity of buying a property in this part of Spain, whether for personal use or as an investment, I would highly recommend Gill & Paul O'Brien - no high pressure sales here. As an IFA I was very interested in what Resort Homes had to offer, not only for me, but also my clients.I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of care and attention I received when I went over to Murcia, and was treated royally at the La Manga Club with comfortable and clean accommodation.I would have no qualms about thoroughly recommending a trip out to Murcia to meet the people involved in this operation, in what still seems to be a worthwile property venture for those looking for an alternative to the UK, and certainly the sunshine helps too!
As a busy former mortgage broker and now hotel owner I was very impressed with the trip I had with Resort Homes to Murcia. The Quality of property on show and the way I was treated by all the Resort Homes staff was exactly as I was promised by Paul & Gill OâBrien in the presentation that I attended. Dear Paul and Gill, May I thank you for organising our trip to Murcia, I have to say that I felt rather apprehensive to begin with, but all that was unnecessary, as your friendly approach and well organised arrangements were excellent. From picking us up from our home to driving us to the airport, arranging for us to be met on the other side by karolina left us without all the usual worries of how we were to get there and where do we leave the car and how do we get to the resort? The accommodation arranged for us was first class, we thoroughly enjoyed the four bed roomed town house with its beautiful gardens and communal pool and being within walking distance of all the facilities on offer at La Manga Club was an added bonus. Karolina met up with us in the morning and took us to view several of the sites on offer; we were also treated to the most delicious lunch at La Hacienda. Nothing was too much trouble for her; it was like having your own guide on hand. We left Murcia feeling we had had a superb break away and without any pressure to buy. On our return you were there to meet us, and have continued to be a support to us ever since. I am delighted that you are available to speak to and are so willing to help us through the paper work needed to purchase our not one, but two apartments! I have to say that without your support I would have found the whole situation an ordeal. So thank you once again and I have no hesitation in recommending Resort Homes.
