I asked Howard to build me dehydrator - what's that you may ask? well Howard hadn't come across one either - but with a basic spec and a terrible drawing he managed to build me one!

Howard had been recommended to me as ‘the man who can’ undertake any repair with wood. My grandpa’s pine ‘ration’ cupboard, as it had always been known, has over the years been painted many colours, dipped and stripped, had the front wooden panels replaced with glass and was now being used to house glass wear. Woodworm had eaten through the base which was literally hanging by a thread; one of the doors wouldn’t close properly so the cupboard needed some well earned joinery TLC. Howard returned the cupboard within the timescale and for the price agreed replacing the whole base with a brand new piece of pine, treating it for woodworm and repairing where necessary. Thanks Howard, as I am sure this cupboard will now last another 80 years!

Howard built a garden wall for me earlier this year, he did a super job and left the garden as he found it,plus an extra wall of course. He arrived to look at the job at the time and date agreed and started work on the day he said he would, how refreshing. Thanks Howard
