I had an appointment yesterday 9th May 2012,at Gareth Roberts optitions in LLandudno,I do not permanately live in the area,but decided I needed to visit a decent optition.I was greeted by an extremely nice receptionist,and the service I recieved from Rhodri Williams the optition was first class, he was extremely thorough ,very pleasent young gentleman,explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions which were many.Thank you Rhodri Williams, for first class treatment.I certainly recommend you. I went to Gareth Roberts to have my eyes tested and they were fine - this was in March this year. In April I noticed a difference in my vision in the right eye and Gareth saw me immediately. He wrote to St.Asaph and I had an appointment in a week. I attended the clinic and saw Mr Matthews on my second visit and he suggested a special treatment which meant I had to stay indoors for two days. My eyes are great at the moment so I would recommend Gareth Roberts to anyone who has an eye problem or even for just a sight test. Many thanks to Gareth.
I attended Gareth Roberts opticians today 2nd march 2011. A young man greeted me and took my details, he is such a pleasant man, Rhodri Williams did my eye test so professional, i have had problems with prescription glasses for the first time in eight years i am so pleased to have found an optometrist who has got my prescription right i can,t tell you how happy i am. eye sight is so important, I recommend a visit to Gareth Roberts optician s in Llandudno you will be so pleased also they have a wide range of frames at affordable prices i chose a pair of designer frames. I am so pleased. i have never been to such a welcoming opticians wonderful well done.
Mum has been a regular client of Gareth's over the last 3 years and appreciates the personal service and time Gareth has to ensure her glasses fit correctly and have the most current lenses available. All equipment is the latest high tech. Gareth's staff compliment him with their customer service and nothing is too much trouble.
