Loved the personal touches at fourteen, Llandudno. Ideal location close to the centre. 5 star hotel but very competitive prices. Will definately stay here again! See you next year.

Loved the French style restaurant when Posi and Sarah opened it. Kevin and Sue are worthy successors. We had an excellent, locally-sourced dinner. Everything tasted of what it said it would. Limited choice, but requests taken.
The bedroom was good too.

We went there without a booking and they had one room left. The quality of the room was excellent and the hosts Sue and Kevin were very helpfull. We stayed for one night and the cooked breakfast was superb. We would definitly stay there again. Ian & Karen

My wife and I made Fourteen our base for the 6 days of our holiday in Llandudno in Sept and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. Located on a quiet road just behind the main shopping street, makes it ideal for walking to all of the towns attractions. Kevin & Sue were terrific hosts and made us feel so welcome. We dined in the hotel on one evening and were very impressed with the quality of the food on offer. Breakfasts were relaxed and again of very good quality. Our room whilst a little small was worth it's 5 star rating and perfectly adequate. I doubt we could have found anything to beat Fouteen and we will be making a return visit for a long week-end.

As we're local and therefore not in need of accommodation, yet we can only vouch for the quality of the catering so far - our dinner was superb.

From what we've seen of the rooms, staying at Fourteen will be a must.

Only a few steps away from the seafront, within walking distance of Great Orme Cable Car and Tramway Station.

If we come back to Llandudno, we will stay here again.

I cannot rate this hotel enough.

I stayed here with a collegue as part of a business trip to the local area in August 2011. The owners, Kev and Sue (you too will get to know them after a few hours), are a wonderful couple and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, without being intrusive in any way. They were great about me being a vegeterian, and the food that was cooked freshly to order was better than any restaurant I have been to in a very long time (thanks Sue - although looking at my collegues steak did make my veggie mouth water...!) They both genuinely care about their guests and the rooms are comfortable and the food mouth watering.

I cannot fault any aspect of my stay and will be returning with my wife as soon as I can.

If you are visiting anywhere in North Wales (or even if your not!) this is the only place to stay.

I have just had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Fourteen B&B with my wife and 3 Year old little boy. Kevin and Susan, who run the B&B were amazing hosts, and literally could not do enough for you.

The place is extremely well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The food is just as good.

I highly recommend Fourteen B&B, and it truly deserves its 5 Star rating.

My husband and I recently stayed at Fourteen for two nights. Kevin and Sue were lovely and very welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and the tea and cakes on arrival were a lovely touch. We ate in the guesthouse restaurant on our second night and the home cooked food was fantastic!! Will definitely be returning and recommending our friends!

A massive thank you Posi and Sarah for a fantastic stay!!!!! I have just returned from a weekend away at Fourteen with my partner and 10 month old son. Well what can i say but 5* from start to finish. The house just feels like being at home so restful and homely. Sarah and Posi were very welcoming as soon as we arrived and when it came to leave. We stayed in the bigger of the 3 bedrooms which was luxuriously decorated and very well presented providing all you need and more. Please don't hesitate to take along a young child just as we did...plenty of room to set up a travel cot...and if you take your child monitor along with you, you can go downstairs and watch tv or listen to music or simply relax and read a book in front of the log fire...bliss. We had the pleasure of experiencing the evening meal...and wow... marvellous food found only in the best restaurants.
We can not fault this place...highly recommended well worth a visit.

Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and Posi at Fourteen in Llandudno. The room was great and the breakfast was even better. We would go back there again without hesitation .

We stayed at Fourteen for 2 nights recently and enjoyed every minute of it. Sarah and Posi are charming hosts, nothing being too much trouble. The guest rooms and public rooms are beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are to die for... the best we have ever had in a B&B/Guest House. We can thoroughly recommend Fourteen and hope to be back ourselves one day.
