"fourteen", found in Chapel Street in the heart of Llandudno, North Wales' premier Victorian seaside resort, offers the discerning guest a warm welcome at home with Sue and Kevin in their Victorian Town House that was built in 1846 for the local vicar. It retains much of its original charm and features and has been furnished and decorated in an appropriate style.

Sue and Kevin offer Guest Accommodation, a5 five star rated Guest House comprising three double bedrooms each with ensuite facilities, and open throughout the year.
Working to the highest standards (Sue learned to cook in France and Belgium) we will cook for residents, providing a range of healthy breakfasts and a full Welsh breakfast as well as auberge style dining in the evening, on request. We buy only fresh local produce from local shops where available.

"fourteen" is fully licensed enabling guests to choose from a select list of wines from around the world or should you prefer to supply your own wine / champagne, a corkage charge of £7.00 is payable per bottle; this offer does not extend to spirits and beer.
We also maintain a modest bar stocked with aperitifs, spirits and liqueurs so please enquire as to whether we have your favourite tipple. To comply with the law, fourteen is non-smoking throughout the premises however there is a designated smoking area in the rear garden.

How to find fourteen:
By road: From A55 exit at junction 21, follow the coastal road through Rhos-on-Sea and Penrhyn Bay approaching Llandudno from the Little Orme on B5115. Continue past Venue Cymru following the Promenade towards the Pier. At the 'T' junction turn left into South Parade and straight on at the roundabout into Gloddaeth Street. Turn left at the next roundabout into Chapel Street. fourteen will be found on the right hand side, 4th door past New Street, located directly opposite the left hand turn for Market Street.
An alternative route from A55 exit junction 19 signposted for Betws-y-Coed and Llandudno onto A470. Follow this road into the centre of Llandudno town entering along Mostyn Street. On your right hand side you will pass M&S and ahead you will see a crossroads with HSBC and NatWest banks located on the left hand side on either corner to Lloyd Street. Turn left into Lloyd Street past the Town Hall taking the next right into Chapel Street. fourteen is located on the left hand side opposite the right hand turn into Market Street
Parking:
Parking on Chapel Street is unrestricted however; there are restrictions on roads leading to fourteen so please ask. We recommend you use one of the following car parks which are all within a short walk of Chapel Street.
Market Street - with 3 designated disabled bays

Maelgwyn Road and York Road
Maximum stay 8 hours £2.00

By rail: Llandudno Junction station is approximately 3 miles away with limited connections to Llandudno station which is approximately 500 yards from fourteen
By air: Manchester International airport is approximately 90 miles, Liverpool John Lennon airport and Anglesey airport both approximately 40 miles and Caernarfon airport approximately 26 miles

although only a b & b it feels like a small, high class hotel. The facilities are excellent from the quality of the bedroom to the superb dinner and breakfast. My wife's gluten intolerance was no problem at all. The host, Sue, could not do enough for us and made us feel very much at home. We will certainly return.

Excellent. Convenient location, very clean and well appointed at Fourteen, Llandudno.
The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The longer we were there, the more I liked it. The hotel is well situated for the sea front, restaurants and shops. We found the proprietor to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was cooked fresh for individual requirements - the only thing I wasn't keen on was having to order my breakfast the night before, but I realise with small businesses this is to eliminate waste. If we were returning to Llandudno, we would certainly not hesitate to return.
