Just a note to say we really appreciate the hard work you put in, to get us our new Transporter Kombi. You beat everybody else's quote and tailored the finance package to exactly meet our needs... and you showed admirable restraint and lack of profanities when the eleventh hour, just as we should have been putting pen to paper, we changed the base model and the specification of 13 or so options including seat and window packs, and said "can we also have the fast one please".
