Following a Christmas party and lots of salt and dirt debris being walked into the house now the snow has gone, I had to call Dan of Clean It who carried out yet another excellent carpet clean at a very competitive price and to the same standard. This time Dan cleaned a couple of wool rugs. I am always so impressed with Dan's professional manner first testing the wool rug prior to cleaning to make sure it wouldn't run or shrink. I was horrified to find a guest had spilt a cup of black decaf coffee on a bedroom carpet having just had this carpet cleaned only 5 days prior to. Armed with my previous instructions from Dan, I used a white cloth and hot water but couldn't remove enough of the coffee stain myself by hand. I left a message for Dan over that weekend and he arrived first thing on the Monday morning. I really thought the carpet was ruined but Dan removed all traces of the coffee stain. And because Clean It provide a 15 day guarantee following the cleaning of a carpet, there was no extra charge. Thanks Dan, you are a wiz!
