Situated in the quiet, leafy avenues of Craig-y-Don and only 2 minutes walk from the splendid promenade of Llandudno.
Nigel and Corinne Sutcliffe provide a warm and friendly welcome and invite their guests to enjoy a relaxing stay in their tastefully renovated 'Home from Home' in Llandudno.
There is also the added bonus of free on-street parking should you leave your car at Buxton House B&B.
You can sit at your individual tables in our sunny dining/lounge and enjoy your freshly cooked breakfast served on Royal Doulton crockery, whilst enjoying the views of Nant-y-Gamar mountain and woodland.
Buxton House B&B has 3 bedrooms:
· 2 doubles and
· 1 suite/family room ( to sleep 4 ).
All rooms are en-suite and are tastefully and sympathetically decorated to retain the buildings original Victorian features.
Each room offers a full hospitality tray, LCD TV, clock/radio alarm, hairdryer and some little extras to make you feel that bit special!

We have just returned from a very enjoyable five nights stay at Buxton House B & B. The room was excellant, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfasts were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Corinne and Nigel were very friendly and were more than happy to provide information on places to visit and venues to eat. We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at the Buxton House b&b in Llanduno. It was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Corinne and Nigel were very friendly and gave some great recommendations for restaurants, pubs and places to visit.
Llandudno has a lot to offer The Great Orme The Victorian Peir fabulos sea front and it has another hidden gem "Buxton House".This loverly guest house offers the visitor everything from the warm and friendly greeting,tradition home cooked breakfast with clean well appointed rooms,it is in a quiet setting near to park yet close to all the attractions that Llandudno has to offer,this is an establishment that you will look forward to returning year after year Diane,Phil Birkin & family
We love it because it's the best B&B we've ever been to. Inviting, friendly, comfortable and cosy, and you get the best breakfast in town! No - in WALES! Its proprietors, Corinne and Nigel, not only make you feel at home, they even become friends who you love to stay in touch with after you had to go home again. And home for us is Austria / Carinthia / Klagenfurt!
We had a great weekend for our ruby wedding,food was first class Buxton House b&b was very clean , hosts Nigel and Corrine were very helpfull ,we would recommend this Bed and Breakfast Hotel to anyone ,thanks, again Carol and Derek.
