Break 'n' Spin Dance and Fitness is a studio for all types of fitness and dance.
Located in Llandudno, near Colwyn Bay, the classes range from five year old children up to super seniors.
The studio has now just started its 4th year of trading and is owned and run by Zara Groves. Zara Groves has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked all over the world.
The studio also runs very successful Children's Parties which are Dance Parties, Princess and Pirates parties and Photo Shoot Parties.
It also runs 4 week Boot camps which always have amazing results. Every single person that has taken part has lost lots of body fat!

This is a fantastic studio. There are great classes to suit all abilities which are all a lot of fun. The instructors are all friendly and supportive. A brilliant place to meet new people, get fit and have a laugh.

I love going to the classes, lots of variety to choose from and the instructors are lovely. the owner has given the facilities so much thought, there are products to use if I ever forget anything, even straighteners! A great place.
Amazing range of classes belly dancing,kids fitness, pole dancing . The staff are really friendly staff especially Zara Groves the manager.
i love it because...the owner...is brillant...and very supportive..she make our boot camp...great fun ,but it is hard work too...but zara gives us 100% commitment...
Owned and run by great lady Zara; great teachers, with a good and growing range of classes, fun class mates who motivate you to continue, friendly atmosphere - I enjoy all classes, even when the idea of exercising seems like torture! Zara deserves to do well - she works very hard and cares about making her clients happy

I have been a member of Break n Spin for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The timetable just gets bigger and bigger. There is so much to choose from. All the instructors are fabulous and the owner Zara Groves is always happy and makes you feel totally welcome. I can not recommend this business enough!!!

I have taught and attended classes at this studio and would highly reccomend the facilities to anyone, one of the best i've been to, with excellent clean, well presented studio space, lots of mirrors which is vital for dance and fitness classes, and great shower and changing room facilities, even hair straighteners to freshen up after class! Zara should be very proud of her achievements offering a variety of classes in a number of venues and areas ctering for all ages and abilities. Highly recomended to anyone young or older. Money well spent
This place is the best. Not only do I go there to get fit but i have made loads of fantastic friends there too ! The classes are great and Zara is always fun,friendly, enthusiastic and smiling. The facilities are fab. Zara provides shampoo, conditioner and huge towels if I want a shower after the class, also hairdryers and straightners just the thing if you want to go out somewhere straight after a class !(and all free of charge)I am now paying the monthly membership which works out a lot cheaper if you just go to 2 classes a week. All classes are included in the deal which means I can do lots of different types of exercise all included in the price.I have gone from doing no exercise to now doing 5 classes a week and I love it !

Break n Spin is just amazing. The owner Zarah is friendly, open and fully encouraging to everyone who goes there. Through Zarah's help and support I've lost almost three stone in weight, dropped two whole dress sizes and become fitter than I've been in years. From the first time I stepped into the studio I was made to feel really welcome and the encouraged to feel good about myself.BRILLIANT!
Break N Spin offers a great range of exercise classes from kids to grannies!! It is constantly developing to make sure the most up to date crazes are catered for. The pole dancing classes and boot camps are growing in popularity and their fantastic kids parties have really taken off and get great feedback. The owner, Zara,is at the heart of the business and makes every member and newcomer feel very welcome. She puts in the effort to make sure they get out of the classes what they want to achieve.
It has warm and friendly atmosphere for all those attending the classes, the classes are suitable for all age groups,from super seniors to childrens dance classes. Thought is given to ensure drinking water is available for those attending the classes.
i started pole dancing ther 3 years ago. and im still addicted........... it very hard but at the same time very rewarding. i have lost weight through pole wich has helped me tick of a long term goal for a while. the venue is such a happy place wich is a great feeling for me to unwind after a hard days work. happy poling. xxxx
What a night to remember!!! It was my mates stag night and someone hired a stripper, she was great, she even came out with us all later and gave a real buzz to the night. Truly Amazing and the price is great!!! Well worth it!!!
