Roast rump of Welsh beef, with yorkshire pudding,
roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables.
Roast loin of pork, with crackling, roast potatoes,
apple sauce and fresh vegetables.
Grilled fillet of plaice, with lemon and parsley butter,
chips or boiled potatoes and vegetables.
Homemade cheese and tomato quiche,
with salad and new potatoes or chips.
