How to Donate Goods to The Roy castle Foundation Charity Shop in Liverpool.
We have charity shops throughout the Liverpool & Merseyside area. If you have transport you can drop the donated goods off at the cahrity shop on Allerton rd, Liverpool.
Unfortunately large items of furniture can't be accepted in many of the shops because there is a lack of space. Smaller items may be accepted, but please check with the relevant shop manager first.
If it is not possible to drop your donation in, please contact the charity shop manager or ring Lin Rigby on 0871 220 5419.
If you leave your name and your address in Liverpool and contact number with us, we will try our best to arrange a pick up.
Please be patient though as we only have a small driver team so we cannot always pick up immediately.
Goods We Require at the charity shop in Allerton Rd Liverpool.
We would be pleased to accept good quality used men’s, women’s and children’s clothing. Shoes, both men’s and women’s are also in great demand, also accessories such as handbags, belts and scarves are required. We always require bric-a-brac - items such as glass/china/ornaments and books in good condition.
Like all charity shops we require volunteers to help out. We would generally ask if you could spare 3 to 4 hours per week. If you can do more than 3 - 4 hours then that would be fantastic.
We especially look for people who are good with and have an interest in antiques - as sometimes the bric-a-brac we get in may be of some value and these items need to be recognised.
Treasurers are always good people to have on board working at the Charity Shops - we have retired bank managers or bank clerks who are good with figures - they can help out with the weekly takings sheets that need to be completed on a weekly basis.
