This is a true gem: delicious food at reasonable prices in a lovely environment, and with exceptionally friendly staff. Iʼve been for breakfast and for dinner, and they have both been delicious and bounteous.

I have been eating in the mood and pea since it opened. The staff are fabulous and the food is cracking. The menu has a lot of choice for both vegetarians and meat eaters. This little place is worlds apart from any other little bistro iʼve dined in, because 1. The food is presented so beautifully, and you can be sure the taste is as delightful as the presentation 2. The desserts - imagine a night with the man or woman of yours dreams and times it by 10, the desserts are just shockingly delightful and 3. The staff. They treat you like youʼre the only customer in there and you can sure you are as important to them as the 20 people theyʼve already served that day. Keep up the good work Moon n Pea !

we went to the moon and pea on sunday evening for dinner and it was fabulous! we didnʼt want a roast so we were pleasantly suprised to find dishes such as monkfish, gressingham duck, salads etc on offer, and at a fraction of the price due to the sunday courses offer! loved the relaxed atmosphere, we felt like we were in our lounge but that is probably due to it being a family run restaurant! byo wine was an added plus because it meant we werent surrounded by drunks!! always a plus on lark lane!! all in all, fabulous times ten!! they also do cheshire farm ice cream cones to take out which is well worth knowing due to its proximity to the park!! Cracking!!

We went to the Moon and Pea for a lazy Saturday afternoon lunch and it was a truly lovely place to hang out. The food is fab and the staff are great. I happened to mention that I really liked my lunch and the chef came out to our table to give me the recipe! If you go on a sunny day treat yourself to a cream soda floats, loads of fun!

The Moon & Pea is a must for any locals or visiters to Liverpool. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is relaxed and modern and the staff are amazing. Really like the idea of taking my favorite bottle of wine or bubbly along as well. For quality, value and a great experience this is the place to go.
