South Liverpool Business Network offers business support and networking opportunites for business in South Liverpool.
South Liverpool Business Network is the organisation that brings together companies in south Liverpool to actively promote the interests of local enterprises, facilitate networking and promote sensible inter-trading amongst the business community, lobby on behalf of local business and to promote Corporate Social Responsibility.
Established with grant support from Speke Garston Partnership 1997, we are now a self-sustaining non-profit making enterprise having established ourselves as an independent company in January 2005.
We organise bi-monthly Breakfast Briefings where we offer key speakers the opportunity to update SLBN members and non-members on activities that are of interest to local business and organisations. Recent speakers have included Keith Wyness (Chief Executive of Everton FC), Phil Redmond (creator of Mersey TV, Brookside, Hollyoaks and Grange Hill), and Mike Storey (Liverpool City Council’s Executive Member for Special Initiatives). The Briefings are also a platform for members to showcase their business to the rest of the attendees and encourage networking with other members.

The South Liverpool Business Network also provides more informal evening network events in conjunction with The Best of Liverpool South. These informal evenings allow members to sponsor the event and then showcase their business with an informative 10 minute talk.

The breakfast meetings that are held every two months have great speakers and also offer really good networking opportunities. Itʼs good not to have to travel all the way to the city centre to meet other like-minded business people! Their website is excellent too, particularly the members area which you can access when you join.
