I first used the services of local company Charisma Blinds several years ago. I was pleased with my vertical blinds, so much that I recommended the company to all of my family and friends. They are a friendly, courteous and helpful company. Having recently refurbished my bathroom and kitchen, I didnʼt think twice about returning to Charisma. They have an extensive range of fabrics and patterns and they took their time to assist and advise me in making the right choice. After making my decision, and as they already had my measurements from last time, I had my blinds fitted within the week. I was as pleased with the service this time as I was initially and will continue to recommend Charisma.

What a refreshing change!! Not only are our blinds stunning, but the service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, they came out to us at home at a time that suited and a week later we had exactly the blinds we wanted (and it didnt cost the earth!) The only trouble we had was picking the ones we wanted as there was so much choice! Thank you Charisma, we would definitely recommend you to our friends and family.
