Recent Recommendation The Regency Guest House Stayed for Aug Bank Holiday in 2010. New landlady - had only been in the business 4 weeks! However, the guest house was very clean, no complaints at all. Owner was very accomodating even though I turned up early. I only had a light breakfast but there seemed to be plenty on the plate for those having the full English. Parking is on street and it gets busy so you might not be too close the the front door. Would definitely go there again when I return to Littlehampton Stephen B
