Lincoln Gymnastics Club is a superb gymnastics club with nearly three decades of experience of teaching children from age 4-18 years. The club caters for both boys and girls at both recreational and competitive levels. The club helps young people to increase their strength, stamina, suppleness and most importantly self confidence.
The gymnasts are encouraged to work towards British Gymnastics Awards, and can enter local, county, regional and even national gymnastics competitions with the full support and backing of this fantastic club.
Lincoln Gymnastics Club became the first Lincolnshire Club and the fifth in the East Midlands to achieve the coveted British Gymnastics GymMark and Sport England Club Mark. These awards recognise the safe, effective and child friendly teaching that the club provides. Lincoln Gymnastics Club is a real asset to the community, to young people, and the parents of all those involved.
During 2006 Lincoln Gymnastics Club achieved their long term goal of opening their own premises dedicated solely to gymnastics training. With over 350 members the club has a wonderful, fun, well equipped and safe environment in which to nurture the budding gymnasts of the future!
A team of friendly, supportive and experienced coaches ensure that all gymnasts enjoy productive training and develop the physical, social and mental skills needed to not only allow them to participate in gymnastics but also to support them throughout their lives.
Lincoln Gymnastics Club is proud to be fully inclusive with a strong ethos of "gymnastics for all". Every student is welcomed into the club regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, or disability. The club has both caring male and female instructors who are dedicated to bringing out the best in every student.
A range of classes are available depending on the age and ability of the gymnast. From basic skills from age 4, to more advanced sessions for older children, up to squad sessions for gymnasts training for completion there really is something for everyone at Lincoln Gymnastics Club.
