Did you take part in the Lichfield Summer Arts Trail?

The Summer Arts Trail hosted by Lichfield Arts took place throughout July and you had the chance to win £50 vouchers from each of the sixteen participating retailers. There was even a piece of art on display at the ever popular Fuse Festival art tent!

All you had to do was visit all the retailers on the Arts trail and identify a ‘hidden’ piece of art that they had on display.

Having recently moved to Lichfield Keeley Jones and daughter Jasmine and son Alfie set off to find all the shops on the trail and had great fun identifying the piece of art.

Keeley said  “ It was a great way to find all the hidden little gems that are in Lichfield and we will certainly be going back to see them”!

Jasmine and Alfie had great fun and it was such a brilliant idea for them to get to know the City.

What a fantastic way to end off the summer school holidays before Jasmine takes her place at The Friary and Alfie begins as a chorister at the Lichfield Cathedral School.

We couldn’t resist presenting them with their prizes at Lichfield’s premier art gallery Emporium in Bird Street Lichfield.

Pictured are Stuart Davies from Lichfield Arts – Jannette & Amanda from the Emporium Gallery – Jasmine & Alfie Jones our winners and Louie Clegg from the thebestoflichfield.

We would like to thank our participating retailers Cure, Dame Oliver’s, Emporium Gallery, Friary Shoes, House of Minster, Ivison Florists, La Boutique, Mankind, Mooch Kids, Obsession Salon & Spa, Rieve Shoes, Room to Inspire, Stardust, The Kitchen Shop, The Lounge, The Spark Café Bar. Lichfield Arts also presented them with a family ticket to one of their forthcoming concerts.

The Arts Trail was also supported by Lichfield Chamber of Trade and Commerce – Lichfield Gazette –thebestoflichfield.

If you weren’t a winner this time then look out for our next Shopping trail coming soon………….
