The Dig it Gardeners Festival is happening on Saturday 23rd August and Sunday 24th August and offers some great events throughout the whole weekend:
Alys Fowler talks about growing for bees and bugs at The Lichfield Garrick Theatre on Sunday 24th August at 11am.
Lots of plants, home grown vegetables and garden products will be found at The Gardeners Market on Saturday (9am -5pm) and Sunday (10am-4 pm) at Minster Pool Wall.
Minster Hall Garden is getting Bee Friendly on Saturday (9am - 5pm) and Sunday (10am - 4pm). Great activities for under 12's.
Join in the City Bee Trail on Saturday (9am - 5pm) and Sunday (10am - 4pm). Bee maps can be collected from the Dig It Festival tents at the corner of Minster Pool Walk. The map contains vouchers and details of demonstration available from shops and restaurants around Lichfield City Centre.
Lichfields' Outside Matters takes place on Saturday and Sunday (10am to 4pm) and features the open allotment scheme, Blooming Lichfield and many other local community projects.
