Fine Food, Great Atmosphere
The Spark Café Bar is the place to be for informal dining, drinks and coffee.
Serving a fantastic menu of fresh, locally sourced (where possible) food, meals are prepared by chefs on demand.
From gourmet sandwiches and homemade soup to mouth-watering salad platters, you're sure to find something to suit your taste.
Together with Nibbles, Brunch, Starters, Small Plates and other main meals, the menu also offers:

- Gourmet Sandwich Boards
- Deconstructed Salad Platters
On Friday and Saturday nights, traditional dining is available with a two or three course restaurant menu, which changes monthly.
