They are launching a new lost pet service from our Lichfield hospital. This service is free of charge and open to clients and non-clients. The service includes:
- assignment of a member of our lost pet liaison team – meet and talk with one of the team who can work with you to try and find your pet.
- missing pet poster
- they will check local practices, rescue centres and the local papers for information on your pet
- posting on our website and facebook page

All the staff at Pool House are clearly passionate about your pets. They are always at the end of the phone if I have any concerns about my dog and always treat professionally and in good time.

Pool House Vets are the greatest and I have been taking my pets to them for longer than I can remember! My dog had surgery last week and was hospitalised for two days. She received the best care from Alex who operated on her and the nursing team who cared for her all through the day and night. It is very comforting to know that there is always someone there with your pet at all times to nurse them and give them some tlc. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend Pool House to anyone who wants the best for their pets.
