We were impressed with the professional approach of Eddie of ECA on his first visit to quote for a new boiler. We have a Park Home with LPG supply, Eddie and his colleague Tony are experienced in all types of property so he was able to advise us on the best option. The price for the Viesmann boiler with agreed extras was competitive and the work was carried out within the agreed time and leaving the area very clean.They even went the extra mile in removing parts from the old boiler that we could pass on to our neighbour for spare parts before they disposed of the boiler. In just a few weeks have noticed the improvement in our comfort and, hopefully it will also reduce our energy costs.

My wife and I recently returned from hospital with our new baby boy, at 8pm on that same day our boiler suffered a fault and water was pouring from the ceiling! just what we needed!! I gave Eddie a call on his mobile (hoping he'd answer) and sure enough, 30 mins later, he was onsite and looking at the issue. Not only did he talk me through 'making good' until he arrived, but he showed me the damaged part and explained the next steps. He returned the following day with the part, restored our heating and went on his way.

I am proud to say Eddie is 'our' plumber and he's one chap you want to have around when you get a big problem. Fully recommended to everyone!!!

Eddie is the most reliable plumber I have ever met. He turns up when he should, gets on to get the job done professionally, he cleans and clears up after himself and he charges what he said he would. He is conscientious, trustworthy and very good at what he does. There is, quite simply, no better plumber!
