The Christmas Special of Historical Cookery & Mayhem

Spicy apple snow from the Tudor court and goose steaks with gooseberries will be on the menu together with other surprises to make your Christmas go with a swing.

Simon will guide you through the expert preparation, whilst Professor Rotherham puts it all into historical context. You will have chance to taste the delights of the day and recipe cards will be provided for you to take away.

The duo will be at the Lichfield Garrick on Friday 9 December at 12 noon. Tickets cost £10 and can be booked from www.lichfieldgarrick.com, or by calling the Box Office on 01543 412121.
