A good place to contemplate although the £6 parking came as a bit of a surprise, although the entry is "free" it is a shame the closest public transport is across a busy A38 duel carriageway, I do hope Alrewas opens a halt on the mainline if passenger service is resumed on a regular basis

Toilets: Full on changing places in the entry building, as well as a few portaloos around the site

My rayban glasses had a crack in one lense and I came down to get advice on which ones I should buy as replacements as there are millions of different codes! The very friendly lady at the reception helped me figure it out and then when I got the correct ones, I took them down and I believe it was mr David himself who swapped the lenses for me and he did it free of charge! You don’t get that type of service anymore so I was shocked. Very helpful/friendly and saved me ALOT of messing about. Very grateful for the free of charge service too 👌 will definitely be using in the future 😎
