Arrived when he said (calling me the previous evening to confirm a two hour window, and updating me on the day with e.t.a.), quickly clearing all materials as agreed, sweeping up debris between my house and the street. Friendly, polite and professional and service. Worth every penny for good service and the confidence that the rubbish was being disposed of in a proper and responsible way.
