Situated in the heart of Lewes near to Lewes Castle (Castle Ditch Lane gives it away!) you are literally be minutes away from everything. 

A walk of a few hundred yards and you will be near to all the beautiful restaurants and pubs as well as the many places of interest including the Castle & Barbican, Ann of Cleaves House, The Old Priory, plus many beautiful parks and gardens

Set in the heart of what was Old Beard’s Brewery; The Finings has been converted into luxurious holiday accommodation sleeping six comfortably.

The holiday accommodation comprises of two double/twin rooms with under floor heating and a well equipped shower room. There is also a double bed settee for sleeping another two people.

The loft style living room has many of the original beamed features, and is comfortably furnished with natural wooden flooring, colour television, and DVD player.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Car parking is nearby in residents and public car parking zones.  Residents parking vouchers can be supplied for 70p a day.

The property is available all year for holiday lets and short stays for £ 125 per night

High Season £575.00 per week

Low Season £500.00 per week

We have a travel cot & stair-gate if required. Linen and towels are supplied. Changeover day is Friday. The accommodation is non-smoking.

The property is also accessible to clients with disabilities.

We have a wholefood shop in the town and manufacture organic tofu and tempeh nearby, so we can arrange a selection of vegetarian or vegan foods on arrival if required.
