The Anchor Inn is a beautiful Sussex country pub and restaurant built in 1790.
The pub is situated 4 miles upstream from Lewes on the west bank of the River Ouse, the Inn offers two very cosy bars and two restaurant rooms.
There is a fantastic beer garden in the summer, as well as boating on the River Ouse.
An 'a la carte' menu is available made with the freshest of local ingredients as well as a fine selection of wines, real ales and bottled lagers.
Accomodation
There are three bedrooms commanding unspoiled views of open country and the South Downs.
Prices start from £55 to £95 per room, per night, including breakfast.

Boating
A round trip from the pub to the falls and back in comfortable two, four or six seater paddle boats, takes a leisurely two hours, although the boats may be hired by the hour or day as desired.
Prices are £5.00 per adult per hour, £3.00 per under 14 per hour. Life jackets are available for minors.

Civil Wedding Ceremonies
