Annie graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London, with a credit in 1998, and after tutoring for 3 years, has been practising as a nutritional consultant for 8 years.
Annie gives advice on diet and supplements on a wide range of ailments, with a particular emphasis given to body systems that need attention and are under stress.
