This is certainly the best butchers I have been to. The meat is always lovely, once you have tasted meat like this buying from a supermarket is no longer an option. The staff are always nice, friendly and very helpful!

Fantastic quality meat. The Butchers are always friendly, cheerful and happy to recommend the best cut of meat. Nothing is too much trouble and, in fact, they go out of their way to cut fresh meat to ensure you get the best cut. Every piece of meat is tender and flavoursome and I have recommended them to all my friends and family. You wonʼt go back to supermarket meat!

i have been using lew howard for many years now and have always found his meat to be of excellent quality - the prices are good too. the three butchers are knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful - i frequently find myself asking for large orders at short notice, and they always come up trumps. their meat is provided by known suppliers from reasonably local farms, and while everything is good i particularly recommend their pork, which is truly exceptional.

At last the weather finally cleared up and we could have a bbq this weekend, because I wanted to try some of the different sausages on offer.

Tried the pork & stilton, pork and leak as well as the Valencia. Very very tasty.
