I visited this hairdressers for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. The staff are very friendly, you get a good welcome, great consultation and are cared for throughout your appointment. Avant garde is my favourite place to go for a treat in Lewes. Umberto and the team are always really friendly and offer an excellent standard of customer service. I am always delighted with the cut, colour and advice on how to manage my latest style!

From the moment you walk through the door you feel special. In the trendy but friendly salon you know you are in for a treat. The shampoo, colour and cut leave you feeling and looking amazing. Starting your experience with a shiatsu head message leaves you feeling relaxed and ready for the stylist to work their magic. I always feel pampered and my hair has never looked or felt so good. Iʼve also frequently visited the salon on a monday which is dedicated to training and the standard does not drop! You recieve exceptional quality from the trainees and nothing less. This salon is a must!

having been to other salons i can certainly say that the most professional, welcoming, creative and fiendly team that have ever looked after me are at avant garde!! the salon is state of the art,spacious and extremely clean.
